Cristiano Ronaldo was at it again on Saturday, scoring his third hat-trick for Portugal to help his country beat Armenia 3-2 in a Euro 2016 qualifier.
The Portuguese were actually trailing 1-0 approaching the half-hour mark in their Group 1 contest in Yerevan when Joao Moutinho was upended in the box, with Ronaldo making no mistake from the penalty spot.
Ronaldo then put the visitors in front for the first time in the match with a goal out of nothing 10 minutes after half-time.
And the Real Madrid forward completed his hat-trick – his third in as many games for club and country – just minutes later with a sweetly struck right-footed effort from 25 yards out for his 55th international goal.
